Maintenance Electrician
A highly reputable and growing facilities maintenance company has recently won a new contract with a prestigious client. You will join the team to carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant room equipment. This is a very unique role in which you will be based at a commercial static office site for 3 days a week, with the remaining 2 days a week joining the mobile team to visit local sites from Basingstoke to Crawley. In addition, there is no on call rota with this position but overtime is available!

Requirements
6. NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification
7. 18th edition
8. A strong mechanical maintenance understanding - air handling units, pumps/motors, filter/belt changes
9. Experience working within commercial facilities maintenance
10. Full UK driving licence
11. Ability to communicate well with the client and company supervisor
Duties / Responsibilities
12. To carry out pre planned and reactive maintenance task within the building
13. Electrical works include; emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, sprinkler systems, PAT testing, electrical fault finding
14. Mechanical works include maintaining air handling units, pumps and motors, filter/belt changes, mechanical fault finding
