Service Delivery Leader, AD WARRIOR
Location: Bromley | Salary: £15.75 per hour

About the Role:
* You will provide support to staff and people supported, and take full responsibility for developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure high‑quality care.
* You will collaborate with relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
* Must hold Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work toward this qualification.
* Working Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 16:30, with Bank Holidays off.
* The day centre supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life skills and build confidence.
* Staff encourage participation in activities such as arts & crafts, sport, fitness, wellbeing, gardening, and horticulture.
