Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a leading manufacturing business in Rotherham as they look to bring a Administration Coordinator into their Innovation team on a fixed-term basis.
This role is central to how new concepts are tested, communicated, and rolled out across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing reporting and analysis for innovation projects
• Pulling together and circulating the internal innovation newsletter
• Working with stakeholders across all levels to keep projects on track
• Rolling out new testing and innovation policies
• Collating data and key metrics
• Leading and attending meetings, then delivering clear and accurate notes
• Coordinating testing schedules and keeping everything moving
