Role: Technical Delivery Manager
Salary: £90,000 – £120,000 + Benefits
Location: UK-Wide - Remote/Hybrid Options Available

We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join a growing team of digital transformation experts. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical understanding with outstanding stakeholder and programme management skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of software and application transformation programmes, often involving cloud migration (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Managing multiple concurrent workstreams across cross-functional teams in Agile and hybrid environments.
* Driving technical delivery strategy, governance, and risk management to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
* Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineering teams to align delivery with business goals.
* Supporting pre-sales, bid management, and shaping delivery proposals for new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in software/application delivery.
* Strong background in cloud migration (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modernisation of legacy systems.
* Experience managing multi-workstream programmes in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – able to bridge technical and business teams.
* SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
