The Role
Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a service in Kent working within a palliative care setting. This is a part-time role (3 days per week), offering the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centred care.

The role involves supporting patients with life-limiting conditions, focusing on maximising comfort, independence, and quality of life. You will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of patients requiring palliative care support
Complete functional and holistic assessments
Develop and implement individualised care and treatment plans
Provide equipment recommendations and adaptations to support independence
Work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
HCPC registration
Experience working within palliative care or a similar clinical setting
Strong understanding of holistic and patient-centred care
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
