Your new role
Thepany is seeking its first marketing hire—a pivotal role with the opportunity to shape and build the entire marketing function from the ground up. This person will take ownership of both strategy and execution across customer acquisition and engagement, working in close collaboration with the CEO, sales, and product teams to create a scalable growth engine. Initially part-time (three days per week), the role is hands-on and experiment-driven. It will involve developing systems and processes, running iterative campaigns, and delivering measurable impact. With proven traction and ambitions to scale, the position offers clear potential to evolve into a full-time leadership roleplete with team-building and strategic oversight. 3. Their practical toolkit includes proficiency in platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
