About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery in the Gosport area. Key Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Support children’s learning and development through play‑based approaches.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed.
* Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards of care and education.
Requirements
* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for working with children.
* An understanding of safeguarding procedures.
* Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience with planning and assessment systems.
* Knowledge of inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs.
