We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a pupil in Key Stage 2 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in West Northamptonshire. The school are looking for a caring and enthusiastic learning support assistant to join their team. This role is suitable for full-time applicants, but must be available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in a child's educational journey. The 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will require you to : Provide 1:1 support tailored to the pupil's individual needs Implement strategies outlined in the EHCP Support learning within the classroom and during structured interventions Assist with emotional regulation and social development Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and external professionals Monitor and record progress in line with school procedures Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language needs would be advantageous.
