Your Role
As a Corporate Development Manager, you will play a key role in building and strengthening strategic relationships with insurers, brokers, life companies, financial advisory firms, networks and trade bodies across international markets, promoting the full breadth of the CII’s corporate proposition. While the role is London-based, your focus will be outward-looking, acting as a trusted liaison between the CII and its global corporate clients to deliver relevant, high-impact solutions.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Focused on achieving sales and business development objectives, you will drive revenue growth through a consultative approach, maximising account acquisition, retention and renewal across a diverse, international portfolio. You will develop and execute account plans, identify new business opportunities, and support the expansion of key offerings including e-learning, professional development and Corporate Chartered titles.
You will maintain a strong understanding of global market developments and client priorities, feeding insights into the wider Corporate Development and Marketing teams to shape future propositions. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will enhance client engagement, ensure delivery of value‑led solutions, and contribute to the ongoing growth and international profile of the CII within the sector.
