We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at our new Frasers Meadowhall showroom. This 22-hour-per-week role requires weekend availability. As a key point of contact, you will advise customers with inspirational ideas to meet their needs and strive to exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Welcoming customers to create a relaxed atmosphere and encouraging browsing of our full range.
2. Maintaining high showroom standards and visual merchandising.
3. Providing advice and support to understand customer needs and find suitable solutions.
4. Chasing sales quotations, processing orders accurately, and updating customer records.
5. Representing sofa.com as a brand ambassador, embracing the customer journey and company culture.
6. Proactively updating your knowledge of products and interior trends.
