Key Responsibilities: Lead contractual activities in the tender process, including preparing and negotiating contract responses. Advise departments such as Sales, PMO, Supply Chain, and Engineering on commercial risks. Review, negotiate, and approve various agreements (NDAs, Loan Agreements, MOUs, Supplier Declarations).
