Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen within the company for a Trainee Sales/Stock Administrator. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and stock management within the Steel Stockholding industry. The successful candidate will support daily operations, including stock data inputting, material certification and general office administration, this will help the successful candidate develop a foundational understanding of the business which in time could lead to career progression in a Sales or a more senior administration role. This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in a sales or administrative role, with potential for professional growth.
Duties
* Assist in maintaining accurate stock records
* Support the sales team by controlling the material certification system
* Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
