Finn Lough is looking for a creative and organised Events & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about events, hospitality, and digital marketing, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our sales, operations and spa teams to plan group stays, events, special occasions and ensure they run smoothly on the day. You will assist with marketing tasks by capturing content, supporting campaigns and helping communicate our experiences clearly and consistently. You will be making sure the details are right and the experience feels seamless. Key Responsibilities Planning and delivery of special occasions, events, weddings, and retreats Assist with social media content, campaigns, and marketing activities Coordinate event logistics and liaise with internal teams and suppliers Manage guest communications and event enquiries Support post-event follow up and feedback Contribute ideas for promoting Finn Lough experiences and seasonal events Capture light content during events and experiences Assist with digital marketing, social media scheduling and content creation Support email campaigns and website updates Coordinate testimonials and imagery from group stays Help ensure brand consistency across touchpoints About You: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Creative with an interest in marketing, social media, and storytelling Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Able to multitask and work well in a busy environment Passionate about hospitality, nature, and guest experiences Has 13 years experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel or resort environment Experience with groups, events and marketing Very good computer and numerical skills Enjoys working with people and communicating clearly A natural problem-solver with ownership and accountability Has an interest in wellness, sustainability and experience-led hospitality Is confident using digital tools and social platforms Valid Driver's license or ability to drive (golf buggies are used on site for transportation) Based in the area or willing to relocate (on-site accommodation can be arranged) Available on weekends and evenings Nice to have: Experience with PMS, POS and reservation systems Experience with Google Suite Experience with Wordpress, Wix, Contentful or anything similar Experience with CRM systems Photo and video editing skills Interest in regenerative tourism, food provenance, organic growth If it sounds like you please send your CV with a short cover letter to .
