Main Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Network Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of IT systems across the organisation.
Key Duties
1. Installing and maintaining software on IT systems
2. Supporting computer usage during lunchtimes and outside of normal teaching hours
3. Assisting administrative staff with MIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
4. Providing IT support to teaching staff, including classroom computers and ICT devices
5. Supporting users across the network, including Windows and Macintosh environments
6. Managing IT provision within learning resource areas and departmental locations
