Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers, demonstrating empathy and a strong desire to assist them. Handle standard administrative data processing tasks to support and enhance external client relationships. Receive and screen customers, callers, and other forms of communication, answering routine questions, providing information, or directing requests appropriately. Represent customers by contacting internal and external sources to convey requests, provide instructions, or obtain information.
