Job Title: Procurement Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to join a friendly team in Gillingham. This role offers an immediate start and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Duties:
1. Provide team administration support related to purchasing materials and services
2. Price and order goods
3. Track and coordinate deliveries
4. Manage the internal procurement tracker
5. Process orders
6. Track orders and log proof of deliveries (PODs)
7. Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email
Note: Due to the office location, access to personal transport is essential.
