About the Role The New Business Sales manager, Access Services, is responsible for all new business sales activities and the rigorous execution of a coordinated new business sales strategy to grow revenues and profitability in accordance with the Red Bee Access Services Business Plan. Key Responsibilities To input into the new business sales strategy across the Access Services business. To own and deliver the Access Services new business sales target. To own and proactively manage sales opportunities as part of the Red Bee sales pipeline. To be able to win new business across the entire Red Bee Access Services portfolio (captioning, audio description and signing). To represent Red Bee externally with customers as well as at conferences and exhibitions as appropriate. Develop the Access Services Sales strategy and tactics in alignment with Access Services business strategies and profitability requirements in conjunction with the Access Services Leadership team. Drive negotiation with the customer and develop negotiation strategies and tactics for the entire engagement. To develop and drive the new business sales strategy across Access Services. To prepare and coordinate business tenders. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across Access Services. Ensure that the Access Services offering, and sales plan is communicated to the wider Red Bee Sales team to facilitate cross selling opportunities. Participating in Access Services lobbying and developing sales opportunities. Person Requirements A results-oriented sales manager motivated by hitting targets. Strong customer orientation, communication, collaboration and negotiation skills. Strong business, commercial and financial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset. An excellent team player - putting the needs of the team first. A dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences and stakeholders (internally and externally) at all levels of a business. A proactive and participative individual who will get involved to the extent necessary to secure the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders. Highly resilient, flexible and accommodating under pressure. Strong technical awareness and knowledge of changing trends in the provision of access services.
