You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. Maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships are key responsibilities.
Ideal candidates will have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards Level 3. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care knowledge are desirable. Most importantly, you should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively. You should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
