📢East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a compassionate and organised Supporter Care Officer to join our Fundraising Directorate on a fixed term six month contract. 📢
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional supporter experiences and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, young people, and families across East Anglia.
As the first point of contact for our supporters, you’ll provide outstanding customer service across phone, email, and web enquiries. You’ll ensure every interaction is handled with gratitude, efficiency, and professionalism.
🕰️Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week working 3 days (to include Monday and Tuesday)
đź“ŚSalary: ÂŁ24,156 FTE per annum (actual salary pro rata)
đź“ŤLocation: the role will be based in our temporary Fundraising office (Ipswich) with hybrid working
âś… Do you have:
* Experience in customer service and database usage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload
* Calm, empathetic, and professional in interactions
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experienced in data entry
