Key responsibilities
This Payroll Specialist position blends training delivery with learner support and content development:

Support and assess learners across qualification programmes, including marking and feedback
Contribute to the creative design and development of training courses and materials
Provide technical insight, updates, and support to members through events and meetings
Support programme success through assessment feedback and learning development

What we're looking for
To succeed as a Payroll Specialist, you'll bring:
Strong payroll experience, ideally at Payroll Manager level or similar
A passion for learning, development, and supporting others
Confidence in delivering training both virtually and face-to-face as a Payroll Tutor
Excellent communication skills and a supportive, engaging approach
Full UK mobility for regular travel while remaining home-based in Petersfield/Remote
