We are currently looking for a Finance Reporting Analyst to join our Finance Centre of Excellence. The role is fixed term and will run for approximately 12 months.
Supporting the Shared Service Delivery Lead, this role provides performance analysis and reporting on the BPO contract, offering insights to aid decision-making and strengthen collaboration between retained finance and the outsource provider.

What you’ll do:
6. Own and maintain the BPO price workbook, ensuring accurate reflection of contract changes.
7. Support budgeting and forecasting by allocating contract value across Aggreko divisions.
8. Track actual costs vs. contract, analyse variances, quantify change request impacts, and run sensitivity analyses.
9. Ensure BPO billing aligns with agreed frequency and values in the contract.
10. Collaborate with internal controls and audit to validate contractual performance metrics.
11. Analyse BPO operational efficiency and poor-performing KPIs, supporting governance and contractual recourse discussions.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
12. Experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within finance in a large, complex organisation.
13. Skilled in working with third-party providers would be beneficial.
14. Experience working within finance shared services and managing external service relationships.
15. Proficient in analysing performance metrics using IT analysis tools.
16. Strong grasp of financial processes, accounting principles, and internal controls.
17. Excellent people, stakeholder, and communication management skills.
18. Effective project manager with the ability to influence, challenge norms, and drive results.
