Working pattern:
Varied shifts including early mornings from 5am (store opening), afternoons, evenings to 6pm (store closing) and weekends. Role will include working in our in-store bakery, details to be discussed at interview.

To be a customer team member at Co-op, you must be aged 18 or over, as the role involves working before 6am or after 10pm.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems and improve the shopping experience.
* Ensure store safety and legality by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support community involvement through participation in activities and events.
