We’relooking for aSenior ODP – IVFto join our dedicated team atThe Lister Fertility Clinic at The Portland Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Our clinic is one of the UK’s leadingcentresfor assisted reproduction, offering IVF, donor and surrogacy services, and fertility preservation. With fully integrated electronic systems, an on-site pharmacy, and a team known for delivering five-star care, this is an opportunity to work alongside renowned consultants in reproductive medicine in a supportive, respectful environment.
As a Senior ODP in our IVF theatre,you’llplay a vital role in ensuring the safe running of procedures. Day to day,you’llwork closely with surgeons andanaesthetiststo provide safe sedation and recovery,assistthroughout theatre processes, and advocate for patients during what can be a vulnerable experience.You’llalso helpmaintaincompliance through audits and stock management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.

Whatyou’llbring
1. HCPC registration as an ODP or NMC registration (Anaesthetic Theatre Nurse )
2. Proven experience in Anaesthetics and Recovery within an operating theatre
3. Extensive experience in a theatre setting
4. Completion of ananaestheticscourse (or equivalent experience)
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced theatre environment
6. Strong communicationskills and attention to detail
