Digital Marketing & Video Content Creator Assistant

Forum Auctions, a leading London-based auction house specialising in modern prints and editions, rare books, and manuscripts, is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Video Content Creator Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketer with strong digital skills and a flair for visual content creation.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, produce, and edit engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
* Create and schedule social media content using a management tool (e.g. Later, Metricool)
* Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns
* Assist with updating and managing website content (via CMS)
* Track and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4)
* Collaborate with internal teams to support auction campaigns, special events, and brand storytelling
* Help maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Requirements
* 1–2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or content creation role
* Proficient in video creation and editing for social (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut)
* Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
* Strong written communication and design sensibility
* Basic experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Sendgrid, Mailchimp)
* Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and social media scheduling tools is a plus
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organised
* An interest in AI and an appetite to experiment with marketing tools in this area
* Applicants must have the right to work in the UK for at least the next three years, as we are unfortunately unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
