Brand Manager - Away from Home (AFH), EMENA

As a Brand Manager - AFH, EMENA, you’ll lead the regional marketing strategy and execution for Costa Coffee’s Away From Home segment across EMENA. You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand direction by translating global strategy into clear regional priorities, adapting toolkits and campaigns to suit diverse customer types and operational realities, and ensuring their effective rollout across markets.

Acting as the central point of contact for day to day AFH marketing engagement in mid-size markets, you’ll collaborate closely with bottler marketing teams, agencies and internal stakeholders to drive consistent, high impact activation and continuous improvement across the region.


What you’ll do

Being a Brand Manager - AFH, EMENA is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:

* Translating global brand strategy into actionable regional marketing plans tailored to AFH customer segments.
* Leading the adaptation and rollout of toolkits and campaigns across diverse EMENA markets.
* Partnering with bottler marketing teams to ensure consistent and high-quality activation.
* Managing a central AFH marketing budget and influencing broader system investment.
* Driving continuous improvement through insights, stakeholder engagement, and best practice sharing.


Who you are

* A strategic marketer with deep experience in FMCG brand management and shopper behaviour.
* A confident communicator and influencer, skilled at building alignment across functions and geographies.
* A visionary with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to delivering results.
* Experienced in the Away-From-Home segment and working with bottlers/distributors.
* A collaborative team player with a passion for brand excellence and innovation.
