Front Office Support Engineer
My Capital Markets Client are currently looking for a Front Office Support Engineer to join the team
Key Responsibilities include:
* Champion 'follow the sun' support model, working closely with global teams in APAC and US
* Perform regional start of day health checks.
* Provide daily application support and troubleshooting with proprietary tools
* An application support focus on back-office flows, particularly around Regulatory and Transaction Reporting support
* Engage daily with all internal stakeholders with regards to support issues
* Utilise incident-management system to help identify trends and patterns
* Create and monitor internal reports and usage queries
* Support product testing, project work and Identify possible platform improvements
Key Experience required:
* Successful track history of applying a Technical Background (Ideally Computer Science), to drive the use of Automation and Modern Technologies e.g. AI.
* Strong hands on support experience in a trading environment ideally Equities / Algorithmic Trading Knowledge.
* Excellent knowledge of the FIX protocol.
* Successful track history in a Linux Environment.
* Automation and scripting experience
