Key Responsibilities Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and new dish creation.
Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen cost efficiency.
Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff.
Step in to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Requirements Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional cuisine.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment.
Culinary qualifications or relevant professional training preferred.
Due to our remote location- personal transport - driving license.
