Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time/Part time, a minimum of three days per week, including Mondays and Fridays as mandatory days

Benefits: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, free parking and pension scheme.

We are exclusively recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, a well-
established professional services company based in modern offices near Halesowen. Our
client is looking for a confident and highly organised individual to become a key part of a
friendly team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy providing efficient
support in a professional environment, this role is perfect for you. As the first point of
contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering
exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.

Duties include:

* Welcome clients, visitors, and callers with a professional and friendly approach, directing them to the appropriate team members.
* Assist with administration tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and processing card payments.
* Schedule and manage client meetings, ensuring seamless coordination between employee and clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing enquiries and providing necessary support.
* Monitor office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient and well-organised workplace.

Skills and experience required:

* Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, managing daily office tasks efficiently.
* Ability to interact professionally and confidently with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to support administrative tasks.
* Skilled in multitasking, prioritising workload, and maintaining attention to detail.
* A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
