Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking a Night Receptionist who will be responsible to ensure a welcoming, secure, and efficient front-of-house service during night time hours. This role supports the smooth operation of the facility by providing reception duties, handling guest inquiries, monitoring safety and security protocols, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The Night Receptionist Key Responsibilities will include: To ensure under the guidance of Assistant Night Manager and Night Manager that the highest level of service is provided to all guests and clients of the hotel to maximise guest satisfaction. To ensure that guests are welcomed to the hotel in a warm and friendly way. To be fully conversant payment of services, registration of guests, security & emergency procedures as well as data protection and ensure they are complied with at all times. To deal with any guest query or problems during the guest's stay and ensure that guests are being looked after and follow up made. To be able to handle the guests' departures as per our standards of performance. The Experience & Qualifications for Night Receptionist: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes. Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
