About The Role
What you'll be doing:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
2. Lead a small team of 4-6 staff members, providing motivation and guidance.
3. Work up to 45 hours per week; all additional hours are paid or can be taken as time off in lieu.
4. Motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and meet challenging sales targets.
5. Offer honest advice, build rapport with customers, exceed their expectations, and assist them in making informed choices.
Skills and Experience Needed:
1. Proven experience in leading a small team.
2. Management experience within retail or field sales, preferably in a hard goods environment.
3. Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
4. Experience in motivating teams.
5. Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
6. Confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player.
7. Committed to personal and team development.
8. Strong accuracy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.
9. Desire to succeed both individually and as a team leader.
