Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for technical support issues (via phone, email, and ticketing system)
2. Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems
3. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to 2nd or 3rd line teams
4. Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user updates
5. Assist with the setup of hardware, software installations, and user account management
6. Maintain clear and professional communication with end-users
7. Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal documentation
