What We're Looking For
Proven experience in cap & cove vinyl flooring, including screeding and hot welding
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Flooring Installation
Full, clean UK Driving Licence
Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
Adherence to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Working efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Communicating effectively with site managers and other trades.Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a professional Floor Layer, with a strong portfolio of work in domestic settings, particularly kitchens, bathrooms, and wetrooms.
Demonstrable expertise in both screeding and the installation of various flooring types.
Proven competence in wetroom flooring installation, including precise cap and cove techniques.
Proficiency in sub-floor preparation, including damp proofing and levelling compounds.
