The Role Youll work closely with three Partners and a Solicitor within a busy and collaborative department, handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The firm acts for an impressive portfolio of clients across sectors including planning, education, charities, and care, providing a stimulating and varied caseload.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that also offers plenty of opportunity to work alongside the Corporate & Commercial team on transactional matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
* Advising clients across a range of sectors on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
* Collaborating with colleagues across departments on corporate transactions
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the team
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 48 years PQE in Commercial Real Estate
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
* Commercially astute with strong problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator and proactive team player
* Keen to develop long-term client relationships and progress your career
