Join us as a Process Design Architect at Barclays, where you will be part of the Process and Procedure Team, responsible for designing and optimising business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. In this key role, you'll focus on creating BlueWorks Maps, supporting the development of Target Operating Models (TOMs), and establishing clear, scalable processes and procedures. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that business processes align with strategic objectives and are continuously improved to meet evolving needs. You’ll also play a crucial role in revolutionising our digital offerings—ensuring unparalleled customer experiences through streamlined, effective operational design. This role can only be performed from Manchester. To be successful as a Process Design Architect, you should have experience with: Experience in Process Flow Mapping. Strong Business Analysis and strategic Target Operating Model experience. Exceptional ability to drive strategic Business process design and associated workflow. Proven knowledge of Corporate and IB Lending processes and procedures. Experience of tools for documentation including JIRA, Confluence and Blueworks. Knowledge of Loan IQ and ACBS (Advance Computerised Banking System). Excellent communication at all levels, including but not limited to verbal and written. Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include Lending /Servicing knowledge across all debt products. Experience of using Agile project management would be preferred.
