Partner Marketing Lead
Role Description
The Partner Marketing Lead will play a key role in growing pet owner lead generation through a range of different pet insurance partnerships. Activity will include the management of B2B and B2B2C marketing materials and supporting all aspects of partner trading activity.

Salary Information
Pay: Circa £50k per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
* Monitor and grow key partner lead generation performance inline with commercial objectives.
* Deliver effective B2B and B2B2C marketing activity, utilising the full marketing mix.
* Attend external partner meetings and build positive working relationships
* Create sales support tools, including training and pitch documents.
* Attend and assist in the delivery of industry and partner events
* Oversee the design and delivery of partner and customer digital journeys to optimise performance
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at all levels to deliver success for our business and partners
* Identify and access growth opportunities and work collaboratively to implement action at pace
* Manage the sign off of marketing assets and product information inline with internal processes and Financial Conduct Authority rules.
* Assist in the delivery of the successful deployment of change projects and proposition enhancements
* Present information to internal stakeholders and partners
* Analyse and report on partner performance and marketing campaign KPIs
Essential Skills
* Marketing/trading experience with proven experience leading marketing campaigns
* Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Previous experience working with agencies, partners or suppliers
* Excellent verbal and written communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
* Collaborative and enjoys working cross-functionally
* Self-starter with the initiative to drive projects at pace.
* Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Desirable Skills
* An interest in pets, pet welfare and the veterinary industry
* Insurance experience is desirable but not essential.
* CIM educated or working towards is desirable but not essential
* Experience using Adobe Marketo desirable but not essential
