Responsibilities
may vary, based on the team you land in. Typically though, at Senior Manager level, you will be responsible for :
1. Financial planning : you will own and develop Group financial planning processes, seeking out opportunities for simplification
2. Automation: you will seek out and drive ways of working efficiencies, including driving automation initiatives
3. Analysis & performance monitoring : you will support the production of f inancial analysis and make rmendations through business modelling
4. Business partnering: you will presentplex financials in an engaging way. You will business partner Opco and Central department leads, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation
5. Team management: you will manage, develop and coach a lean team
We tend to look for people with:
6. A strong background across one of, or abination of: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and/or other adjacent industries
7. Good generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination
8. Experience in an International or Pan-European environment
9. Ability work in a fast paced environment with tight delivery targets
