Store Manager | Lifestyle Retail | Lake District, Cumbria | £35,000 - £40,000 + BonusWe're recruiting for an exciting lifestyle retail brand seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its high-profile Lake District locations.With a strong heritage, loyal customer base and ambitious growth plans, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Store Manager who loves being on the shop floor, developing people and creating an exceptional customer experience.As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's commercial performance, customer experience and team development. You will lead from the front, inspire your team and ensure the store delivers exceptional standards every day.This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from the office.
