This role would suit a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor with experience in NEC3 or NEC4 contracts, subcontract management, CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations), cash flow forecasting, change control and final accounts.
Familiarity with contract and commercial management systems such as CEMAR and COINS would be highly advantageous.
The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of infrastructure projects from early contractor involvement through to delivery and close-out.
You will work closely with operational, engineering and procurement teams to ensure strong commercial control, risk management and accurate reporting across the full project lifecycle.
