As a QHSE Advisor, you'll work closely with operational teams, project managers, and senior leaders to promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
As a QHSE Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to the business, supporting a wide range of projects and operational activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Providing expert QHSE advice and guidance to project and operational teams
✅ Supporting the implementation and continual improvement of our Integrated Management System
✅ Promoting a positive safety and quality culture across all business areas
✅ Conducting audits, inspections, investigations and assurance activities
✅ Supporting compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 19443 standards
✅ Assisting with regulatory compliance activities and customer requirements
✅ Monitoring QHSE performance and helping identify improvement opportunities
✅ Supporting Nuclear Safety culture initiatives and company-wide improvement programmes
✅ Collaborating with suppliers and partners to ensure high standards of QHSE performance
✅ Assisting with risk assessments, lessons learned activities, and incident investigations
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is passionate about driving high standards and building strong working relationships.
You will ideally have:
✔ Experience in a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment role
✔ Knowledge of management systems and recognised ISO standards
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ The ability to influence and support teams at all levels of the organisation
✔ Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
✔ A proactive approach to continuous improvement
✔ Experience within a regulated industry such as nuclear, energy, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure would be advantageous
