Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio by providing support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities | All listed may not be included for the specified person undertaking this role.
* Provide support to studio operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Replying to emails, in person and handling enquiries over the phone.
* Handle phone calls professionally, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
* Physical setting up & setting down of events, cleaning, organising and liaising with senior staff.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
* Support the team with various organisational tasks, ensuring the studio environment remains tidy and efficient.
* Collaborate with team members to facilitate communication and workflow within the studio.
* The candidate must be available / open to working various tasks, including working on a secondary e commerce business when the busy season approaches.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
* Fantastic written and spoken English is essential.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks on a daily basis.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience using QuickBooks for basic financial management is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong clerical experience, demonstrating attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Types: Part-time, Graduate
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
