About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Third Line Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients.
* Experience working in a 3rd Line support position is essential.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows tech stack is a must.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.

* Ticketing systems (ServiceNow or Jira)
