We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Crawley.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to deal with customer enquiries, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Duties
* Dealing with inbound calls from clients
* Receiving 10-30 orders a day via inbound calls
* Dealing with various customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Qualifications
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday - 8.45am 4.55pm
