With ambitious plans to double in size over the next five years, the company is now seeking a Managing Director to lead the next stage of its journey.
This role carries full P&L responsibility, covering operations, R&D, commercial, and finance. The successful candidate will set and deliver strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and act as the figurehead for the business with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
We are looking for a commercially astute, inspirational leader with a strong background in food or ingredients, proven experience in scaling businesses, and the ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment while engaging confidently at board level.
