🔧 Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Banksman to support a busy construction site in SW19 5AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and plant machinery, maintaining clear communication with drivers and site teams, and helping manage traffic flow around the site.
💼 Key Responsibilities

Direct and guide vehicles and plant equipment safely around site
*
Maintain radio or verbal communication with drivers and site personnel
*
Monitor site access points to ensure safety and compliance
*
Ensure all traffic management procedures are followed
*
Support general site safety and report hazards where necessary
✔️ Requirements
*
Valid Traffic Banksman/Vehicle Marshal ticket
*
CSCS card (preferred but not always essential)
*
Previous experience in a similar role
*
Good communication skills
*
Safety-focused and reliable
