The Role As a HRIS Analyst, you will support and enhance our global HR systems landscape, partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners, and IT teams across multiple regions. You will contribute to system configuration, process improvement, reporting, integrations, testing, and HR technology projects that support a fast-paced global organisation. This role combines both functional and technical responsibilities and would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working across stakeholders internationally. While experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is advantageous, we welcome candidates with experience across other enterprise HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms.
