A professional membership organisation is seeking a Training & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of a busy and varied programme of training courses and events for its members.

This is a hands‑on coordination role suited to someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, the role supports the smooth operational delivery of training and events delivered online, in person and in hybrid formats.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinating the end‑to‑end delivery of a portfolio of webinars, training courses, predominantly delivered online
* Supporting the planning and operational delivery of events, including online, hybrid and in‑person formats
* Managing event administration, including bookings, registrations, databases and delegate communications
* Acting as a key point of contact for members, trainers and speakers, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Setting up and supporting online training sessions, webinars and events, including troubleshooting during live delivery
* Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure venues, AV and logistics are delivered as required
* Maintaining accurate records, invoices and purchase orders linked to training and events activity
* Supporting larger, flagship events as part of a cross‑functional team
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall training and events experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration, events, training or a membership‑based environment. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, confident using IT systems and online event platforms, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior professionals.
