Concept Projects Group is expanding and we’re looking for a proactive Marketing Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.
This is a hands‑on position where you'll contribute directly to our marketing activity and act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries—perfect for someone who loves variety, organisation, communication, and making a real commercial impact.
About the Role
You’ll provide continuity across marketing delivery and customer engagement, ensuring enquiries are managed efficiently while supporting the wider team with campaign execution, reporting and client-facing activity.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and technical teams, building strong exposure to commercial processes and real opportunities to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Delivery
* Deliver digital marketing activity: social media, email newsletters, website updates and content creation
* Support print collateral, case studies, events, and customer communications
* Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
* Liaise with external suppliers
Business Development & Enquiry Management
* Act as the initial point of contact for incoming enquiries
* Conduct first-line business development activity including calls, meetings, and site visits
* Qualify, log and track enquiries within Monday.com
* Coordinate follow-ups and schedule introductory calls or site visits
* Work closely with Heads of Engineering to escalate viable opportunities
Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Maintain Monday.com workflows with accurate data and timely updates
* Use simple automations to reduce manual work
* Produce weekly enquiry and marketing snapshot reports
* Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Customer Engagement
* Attend client meetings and site visits, representing the company professionally
* Capture customer requirements and prepare internal enquiry summaries
What We’re Looking For
* Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident and professional phone manner
* Highly organised and process-driven
* Experience with digital marketing channels
* Comfortable using CRM/ERP/workflow tools (Monday.com desirable)
* Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with content/marketing tools beneficial
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
