Responsibilities
* Support the Hospital Director in leading the service, managing both clinical and non‑clinical teams.
* Act as the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance.
* Oversee clinical and operational functions of the hospital, applying project management skills to support service delivery.
* Deputise for the Hospital Director, attending internal and external meetings with key stakeholders.
* Shape the culture and positively influence how the service is run, building a high‑quality bespoke pathway of care for service users.
* Play a pivotal role in ensuring the service’s success by developing and providing high‑quality care pathways.
Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Senior Clinician or Deputy Hospital Director in a mental health setting.
* Robust experience in project management and management of clinical and operational functions.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Location: Farmfield Hospital, Charlwood.
