As Front of House based in Waterloo you’ll be responsible for: To engage with all visitors in the showroom and ensure every client has an inspirational visit Play host to all visitors to the Waterloo showroom and refreshments made available. All clients, without fail, are engaged and that they are signposted correctly to ensure their visit is inspiring To facilitate all customer enquiries including taking leads and qualifying customers for the sales team when necessary.
