We have an opportunity for a Sr Sales Representative to join our team based in Coolham, UK at Tridium Europe. Reporting to the EMEA channel and business development leader (based in the UK), the account manager will take direct ownership and responsibility for key customer relationships in the region, including existing customer base, new potential customers, and managing their development into long-term users of Tridium’s products.
Account management of value-added partners (VARs) is a primary function of this role, managing relationships, handling pricing inquiries, and growing Niagara sales while improving margin contribution and cash flow.
This role requires some travel within the UK and Ireland (approximately 1-3 nights every other week and occasionally on consecutive weeks).

Key Responsibilities
* Identify potential new customers and develop them into direct or indirect customers, owning relationships at all levels.
* Manage daily business through all Tridium channels, contributing to strategy via market research and business development.
* Ensure CRM and databases are updated to support sales reporting and customer management.
* Participate in team meetings and develop business plans for new accounts.
* Contribute to sales meetings, coordinate with other BDMs, and collaborate on emerging technologies and product solutions.
Must Have Skills
* Proven sales experience with OEMs, resellers, end users, consultants, and supply chains in the region.
* Self-motivated with knowledge of local market structures and potential customers.
* Understanding of Building Management Control Systems; ability to develop business proposals.
* Confidence, energy, motivation, and team spirit, with a solid commercial awareness.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
